The Delta State Government has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with development partners to kick- start the construction of the Delta Commercial City project in Asaba with Governor Ifeanyi Okowa assuring of government’s commitment to boost infrastructural development.
Speaking during the signing ceremony, Okowa, who said that Deltans were desirous for development, stated that government would provide the enabling environment for infrastructural development to thrive.
He stressed that the Delta Commercial City would not only provide employment for the people of the state, but, also, bring development to the state.
Barr. Ovie Agas, Secretary to the State Government, signed the MoU on behalf of the state government and witnessed by Okowa along with other members of the state Executive Council, while Messrs. Moise Nassogui of D’Arcano Group and Olawole Rhodes-Vivour, Al HUDA Nig. Limited signed on behalf of the Development Partners.
