Johnson set for Pillars comeback

Kano Pillars forward Omo Johnson has been certified fully fit to return to action after a foot fracture on the opening week of the season sidelined him for several weeks.
Johnson was forced out of Pillars opening day match against Enugu Rangers in Kano after a foot fracture.
“Johnson has been certified fit by the team doctor after he has recovered from a minor foot fracture against Rangers,” said Pillars spokesman Idris Malikawa.
“He has been training fully with the main squad for the past one week.
“And he could be listed for our match on Sunday at Rivers United.”
Incidentally, Johnson  enjoyed a superb pre-season with Pillars after he signed from Dolphins  (now Rivers United) at the end of the season.
