How I spent 17years at home-Gospel singer, Apostle Anifowose

He goes by the name Apostle Anifowose Omotayo Ebiwanna but he is known in the gospel music industry as Duke of Zion Music.

This Ugbonla-Ilaje born dynamic spiritual singer who has four albums to his credit titled Ipinu Mi, Oloriire, Ona Abayo and Aye Bada Bami Ninu Je is back in the music studio after 17 years of his last album to release a new dynamic and unique album which will take over the gospel music industry worldwide.

According to him, this new album which is still in the studio with working title “Abanise” has four tracks and it will be released into the market by Golden Waves Entertainment before December, 2017.

His foray into Singing Spiritual Songs started when he joined choir as a teenager in his community C & S Zion Church, Ugbonla, Ilaje headquarters in Ondo State.

This banker turned gospel artiste spent all his childhood in the Ugbonla Village at Ilaje, Ondo State where he hails from. He relocated to Lagos in 1992 after his primary and secondary schools education.

“I was at home for 17 years after my secondary school before gaining an admission into University” he revealed. His mentors musically are Remilekun Amos, Apostle Megbodofo among others, moreover, he also tapped the singing anointing from his father Prophet Ebiwanna aka Woli Gigun of blessed memory
