This may be coming as a rude shock to many yet, it’s true.
Information reaching Life & Times has it that younger brother to ace comedian, Gbenga Adeyinka, Femi who was signed to Kenny Ogungbe and D1’s record labe, Kennis Music, is no longer with the label.
Yes, Femi had left the label long ago but no one knew about it until now.
From what we gathered, he left before the end of his contract with the label. Although he didn’t divulge the reason behind why he left yet, Life & Times gathered there were internal scuffle which warranted his exit.
In a bid to find out the truth, we put a call across to Femi, who confirmed that he’s no longer with Kennis Music. According to him, he grew “tired” of the whole thing and decided to leave.
“Although I’ve not told anyone this until now, it’s true that I’m no longer with Kennis Music. My contract didn’t expire before I left though. I just got tired of the whole thing,” he said.
Inside source also told us that Femi left Kennis Music because the label allegedly wasn’t doing much to promote his songs like he wanted.
We made to know which label he’s now signed onto, however, he didn’t say a word in this regard.
