Reports from UK suggests that Chelsea’s Brazillian winger, Willian, could be calling time to his Stamford Bridge stay.
Willian, 31, has been offered a new two year deal by Chelsea, but has surprisingly turned down the offer.
Arsenal, who have made a play for the Brazillian winger’s signature in the past now seem to be in advanced talks to secure the former Shakhtar Donetsk’s winger, with a three year deal rumoured to be on the cards.
Chelsea have already re-inforced their attacking options with the signings of Timo Werner and Hakeem Ziyech, and are currently negotiating a deal to bring in Kai Havertz from Bayer Leverkusen; implying that they may not be keen to force the issue in keeping Willian beyond the current season.
Willian’s preferred option appears to be Arsenal, having spent the past seven years in London.
